builders, architects and planning consultants, having successfully achieved
over the years planning permissions. Our objective is to process all legal
applications to achieve planning consent. The returns on plots with planning
permission is incredible either by resale or development. Our advisors
will assist you throughout the process, i.e. the resale of your plot or
the building.
Resale
Once the development is sold out Villa Links will advertise any resales
on its mailshot. We will add 10% to your asking price to recieve as our
costs.
Sellers Instuctions.
You will need to supply us a Land certificate in advance so we can offer
the land for sale with instant deeds.Instructions for sale must be made
in writing with the owners signature. Payment is sent 7 days after we
are in reciept of cleared funds.Where we recieve cash, payment is instant.
