- Land is finite resource and we are not making any more. Property has given
spectacular returns over the years and in a market that continues to grow
where other investments such as equity bonds, etc. have had their ups and
downs. A survey made over the last 20 years shows that land has increased
by 808% showing an average of 44.4% per annum, BBC News. According to the
maff (defra) and country land owners magazine, land has increased at an
amazing rate of 89% since 1996 to 2002. 2003 and 2004 have not yet been
calculated.
What
Do We Do
• We purchase land close to existing developments, with future potential
for planning.
• We measure and stake each plot and register it at the Land Registry.
• Once you purchase your plot we will do the rest.
• We will send you the necessary documents, land certificates (Deeds)
to be signed and sent to The Land Registry.
• The only disbursement you are required to pay is to the land registry
for the Title Deeds at a cost of £40.
• We will submit all planning applications in co-ordination with
other plot owners.
• Our architect and builders will be available to you once planning
has been given.
